![]() ![]() I have my Twin USB working in Windows 10 AE 1607 without issues, so it's most likely not the OS that is causing this. The only thing I can think of that I haven't done yet is flash/ update my bios. And they both have orange caution signs on them when im on windows secure boot enabled.ĪRE THERE ANY INCOMPATIBILITIES WITH THIS HARDWARE and THOSE DRIVERS? The Microsoft GS Wavetable synth is also disabled in device manager and ableton.Īlso under Audio DSP Accelerator it shows both UAD-2 System Driver and Universal Audio Apollo Twin USB DUO UAD-2 DSP Accelerator. I also have the realtek high definition audio, nvidia high definition audio, nvidia virtual audio device wave extensible wdm, VB-Audio VoiceMeeter AUX VAIO, VB-Audio VoiceMeeter VAIO, and Universal Audio Apollo Twin USB DUO Drivers installed under Sound, Video and Gasme Controllers. ![]() The Apollo is connected by USB 3 to the motherboard. My computer has the ASMedia USB Root Hub, ASMedia USB3.1 eXtensible Host Controller and the Intel(R) USB3.0 eXtensible Host Controller. With all my power options/computer setup optimized for Ableton and UAD. With only the Apollo twin, a razer mouse, netgear wifi adapter and corsair keyboard plugged into the computer. ![]() ![]() Gigabyte 8gb windforce oc nvidia gtx 1070 I'm running a Asus Rog Maximus Hero VIII Mobo Its very inconvenient to have to double restart and disable driver sig everytime we what to use our apps. My questions to UAD are is this being looked into and getting worked on? I've heard a lot of people are having these problems and we're getting the short end of the stick because our Windows auto-updated. I've also heard of others having success with disabling Secure Boot, which I'm personally to scared to do because I just built this computer and am scared to mess it up. So you must do this every time you Restart and want to access your console or uad meter/panel. So far the work around I've found is to hold Shift and Click Restart my computer > Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Settings > Restart > F7 (Disable Driver Signature Enforcement) This is only a temporary solution because it resets on the computers next restart or boot cycle. A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source. Also in Device Manager under Audio DSP Accelerator > UAD-2 System Driver and >Universal Audio Apollo Twin USB DUO UAD-2 DSP Accelerator both have caution logos on them and under properties say "Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers required for this device. I think this is due to 3rd party drivers being utilized in UAD's software due to this Īfter this I now realize that everytime I restart my computer I get the error "Drivers Not Installed Properly" with this error message I cannot access my plugins and use them in my DAW. While I was first installing it I received this error in UAD Meter & Control Panel in red letters that says: Driver Not Installed Correctly. I'm having compatibility issues with my Apollo Twin Duo USB and my software.
